Flow Cytometry: Early Contributions & Concepts

Refering to Paul Robinson's earlier suggestion to compile a list of important contributions to flow cytometry, the subsequent tables display the earliest appearences of ideas that have significantly amplified with time. The inclusion criteria were articles in peer reviewed journals, book articles, patent literature, thesis and habilitation work.

Entries are open to challenge with the aim to get hold of the earliest published and publicly accessible traces of the various topics.
