CLASSIF1 On-Line Operation

The CLASSIF1 program permits the establishment of standardized, instrument and laboratory independent cytometric classifiers and the automated classification of test FCS1.0 or 2.0 list mode data files (Ann.NY Acad.Sci.677,233-251(1993) for:

- myocardial infarction risk assessment (thrombocyte activation antigens)

- overtraining risk assessment for competition cyclists (lymphocyte immunephenotypes)
